I can't say enough good things about the service department here. I've taken my used Subaru here several times for general maintenance and for major repairs. My service advisor this most recent visit was Nathan and he was phenomenal is explaining everything needed and even went out of his way to check with my warranty company to see if any repairs would be covered. Also, Dave was super informative and helpful in shuttling us to town while we waited for repairs to be completed. Ryan, the technician who serviced my car, did a fantastic job and my car now drives like a brand new vehicle. High praise for all of the staff at Dewey Griffin. I've not had anything but positive experiences here and would not even consider taking my car elsewhere for repairs. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this dealership!

Kris greeted us with a smile and from the beginning listened to what we wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. We had already checked out one of the Crosstreks but wanted a few more features than the last one we test drove. From those within our price range and expectations. He gave us a few options to choose from and even helped check to see if there were possibly other models that might fit, we inquired about. Kris was courteous and made car buying an easy, and even fun process. Between my husband, myself and him we conversed with ease. Came to Dewey first when looking for a new car. Eric let me test drive a 2025 outback and I loved it.... Except for the color (it was the exact same color as my current vehicle and I wanted something different) they didn't have the exact same car in the color I wanted on the lot at the moment but Eric found one and had it brought up to Bellingham for me. We didn't feel pressured, he's pretty knowledgeable and he answered all our questions. He even came in on his day off! I definitely will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, for sure! Thank you Eric.

Recently bought a 2013 Toyota corolla at this dealership and honestly couldn't be happier. This was the first dealership that didn't try to push a whole bunch of extra things that I didn't need or put on weird charges. They don't do any in house financing and that was a relief. Randy was amazing at helping me through the process and answered all of my questions. They even knocked off a couple hundred off the price to help me get the loan from WECU. :) I would recommend this place again.

Kris listened, asked the right questions, and expertly discussed all the features of the cars I took for a test drive. I had done my research on new cars, it was between Subaru and another brand. My car was 22 years old, had served my family well, so it was time for new, including modern technology. Kris made the sales experience comfortable and professional. Kris has been there post sale too to answer numerous questions. I know I can count on Kris in the future too. I think Kris has a 6th sense which vehicle is going to work best for the customers requirements! Long overdue review. Will Glazier was phenomenal, personable, and a joy to work with during my buying experience. I had never bought a new car and came into Dewey Griffin on the defensive, given my experience buying used from other dealerships. Will was transparent about the buying process and spent time walking me through everything. He was easy to get ahold of and checked in with me often. After over a year on my bike, it was awesome to load it into the back of my new Crosstrek

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and asked to check a tire with slow leak. Services completed promptly along with fixing the tire leak, which was complimentary. Service Advice Chase Reed advised of the multi point inspection report and items that will need attention in the coming months. Waiting room was comfortable with tea/coffee and snacks
